Job Skills Training
The SourceMaster Training Center offers hands-on and online training for learning and advancing job skills. Learning on your own shows employers a commitment to the job and a belief in your abilities.
Putting people first includes making sure you, your co-workers, and customers are all safe. We teach compliance to industry safety standards and offer optional certification in red bag handling, as well as Red Cross First Aid skills.

Job Training Modules
We provide training modules for most positions in hospitality services, as well as some positions in other industries. The modules begin by defining general expectations for the job and demonstrating the basic skills needed. From there, each module will offer keys to performance excellence.
Customer Care 101
How you interact with customers and guests can be as important as how well you do your job technically. The Customer Care 101 module demonstrates how to greet customers and make them feel welcome, how to work around language barriers, and how to exceed the their expectations.
Our safety modules include compliance to industry OSHA standards, red bag handling, dealing with medical emergencies, setting out safety cones and caution signs, recognizing potential security threats, and other elements that secure workplace safety.
To be sure you do not have to work in an environment where you hear inappropriate statements or actions. Our Workplace Compliance module discourages all forms of harassment and encourages everyone on staff to honor equality and diversity.
Our leadership training module provides managers, supervisors, and aspiring managers with leadership approaches, attitudes, and techniques that will help build teams, inspire staff, and deal with difficulties in the workplace.

If you will be working at a company with a defined cultural brand, we have some modules that will train you in the specifics of the service brand before you arrive at work. With a knowledge of the brand culture, you can become a brand ambassador through your actions.
With our re-certification program, you will have an opportunity to get up-to-date on newly introduced equipment, techniques, and processes. Staying current will help you add value and proficiency on the job.
For some businesses, we work with management to develop a module for orientation, which can include how to navigate around the property and how to maintain company standards.
